I bought a CrossBreed for my FS 9 and need to cut just a little bit more so I can easily draw it. I don't feel comfortable pulling it out in a hurry. Any ideas on how to go about cutting it? Do i need to burn the edges when I'm done?

Thanks

If it is still in the "Trial Period", you should send it back and let them cut it where you want it, or swap it for the "Combat Cut" version.

Or do it your self and you can simple sand down any cut edges and be done with it . Where you problem , Kydex hit a finger , leather in the way . Hard to understand . leather the problem razor knife to make the cut and shavel back the edges and sand paper off any sharpness that maybe there .

Its the leather. The "combat cut" wouldn't have helped either. Its basically the corner where the cross is. I just need a little bit gone so i can comfortably pull the gun out. I love the holster and conceal ability but I don't want to sacrifice a firm grip on my gun and accidently shoot myself in a situation. Thats why I love my Blackhawk OWB holster. Easier to get to in a hurry.

Cut away what you need to, shave a little off the front and back edge after primary cut if done and use sand paper or finger nail file to smooth off any sharp points .
