I'm not sure if this counts, but it's all that I've got that fits the bill...
Smith & Wesson Performance Center M&P40 Shield 1.0 custom fitted with a Lone Wolf Alpha Wolf Match Grade Fluted Threaded Barrel and a Kaw Valley Precision Linear Compensator.
I put this thing together during the Pandemic for kicks and giggles, but it ended up being really fun to shoot and extremely accurate as well.
Built this 40 yrs ago (excuse the dust lol)
30 06. FNMauser action,Douglas barrel,plain walnut stock with a tung oil finish,Weaver K-4 scope.Consistently shot under moa @ 100 yards
It's a 10-5 I got from CAI in the late '80's and I did everything myself, (except the hard chrome.) I learned a lot and it was fun. The 10-5 was $112.00 and the parts and tools came from Brownells. Their FFL holder discount was nice.
I still have all the tools needed including the frame vice insert/support I made for removing and installing the barrel. I probably won't be using them again because my interest has moved away from revolvers.
Now it's a nostalgic flash from the past but it's still a very accurate and fun one to have.
A 1968 vintage Marlin 336 saddle ring carbine in .30-30 that was in rough shape when I got it. It was the perfect candidate for some modifications. Barrel cut to 16 inches, blue Gun Coat, Skinner Alaskan sights, and made into a take-down.

First there is a pair of Ruger Bisley Blackhawks. While the stainless started as five and a half inch, the blue one was seven and a half. They both went off to be converted from the new model action to the old model action - four click cocking and load on half cock. And while he had the guns I told him to take two inches off of the blue one.
I'm sure this one qualifies as a custom gun. It started life is a Rossi Overland. Pretty standard coach gun with hammers and 20-inch barrels. Now it has no buttstock and 11 inch barrels.
I didn't do this one - it was like this when I got it. Mostly. This is a 1917 that has been cut down to three and a half inches. It also has a Wonder Sight, which is an adjustable rear sight made for guns with fixed sights. It also has a third lock. A spring-loaded ball bearing on the crane which fits into a divot on the frame when the cylinder is shut.
And lastly. A 28-2 357. Well, it used to be. But I decided I needed an N frame 38/40 (to go with my 544 N frame 44/40), and so it is.
I won't be adding anymore but since we are showing custom firearms I'd be amiss not to pay tribute to Bob and Jim.
They both might be gone now but what they did together through ups and downs, (both personally and professionally,) is amazing.
Jim said he actually worked on this one, (when he wasn't ducking rounds down range from Bob.) I'm only kinda kidding ??? and I'm lucky I got to talk to him a few times on the phone and get written documentation about mine.
Here are some of mine. Most came to me already custom, some I had done.
Model 28 rebored to .45 Colt, with an extra .45ACP cylinder. I bought it at a gun show in distressed condition and sent it back to S&W in 2009 to be refinished, back when they still did real blue.
One of the first custom guns that I have acquired, a Model 10 converted to .22LR with sleeved barrel and cylinder. When I posted about this gun years ago shortly after I first joined the site, was when I found out that there was a Model 45 (fixed sight K frame .22) which I had never heard of before.
Model 3 top break converted to .22LR single shot, found at a Wanenmacher gun show.
1917 converted to .22LR with sleeved barrel and cylinder, found at a gun show.
A Model 58 with a Model 29 barrel (modified) and cylinder. Another gun show acquisition.
A Colt Officers Model .38 with a King-like rib and extended hammer. Bought this one from a Forum member.
These are two guns that I had Andy Horvath build for me. The top is a Model 28 with an 8-3/8" M 27 barrel, rebored to .44 Special. The lower one is a Model 14 with an 8-3/8" M17 barrel and Model 16-4 cylinder, rebored to .327 Magnum.
A Ruger Single Seven in .327 Magnum, but with a 8-3/4" barrel rebored from .22 to .32. It was originally 9-12" but the threads didn't fit the frame, so my gunsmith had to cut off the old barrel threads and rethread it.
A Ruger Bisley in .45 Colt with a custom barrel, rechambered from .44 Magnum by an unknown gunsmith. Really nice job in the style of Bowen Hamilton or John Linebaugh.
I have a few other custom guns that I don't have pics of at this time, including a Ruger Bisley in .500 Linebaugh done by Linebaugh himself, and a .455 Triple Lock converted to a .45 Colt target model.
