Try the picture thread, it has several hundred pictures of various 15 22's in it as well as a member called Scuds and a few others have done a 100% paint job on their rifles.

made it happen

finished the job today. would have been easier without the help of 15 month old daughter. wouldn't have it any other way though!

Nice looking rifle! I like the faux snake skin kinda' lines on it. What did you use? Ive heard of people using perforated laundry bags, old football practice jerseys, etc etc. Either way the end result looks good. Im glad a few other people are using the orange color on their rifle now, as I was getting a bit lonely being "orange" and everyone else is red lol.

The red color for fire and the 15 22 text is nice and all but to me at least, it doesnt stand out as much as the orange color on the text and the..well see the pics below for yourself lol. Congrats, and welcome aboard. On a side note, the reason that I posted the 3rd, and 4th pics, is that Im serioulsy considering selling the Eotech 552 clone( made by G&P) that is/was on my M&P 15 22. As I now have an acutal Eotech 552 on it. IF I do go ahead and trade it off/sale it. I'll list it here for a few days before I put it on ebay.

Thanks for the compliments. To make the pattern i just used some plain old window screening. And I think i saw the pics of yours, thats where the orange idea came from (thanks by the way). what are you asking for the sight?
