Custom Pistol Boxes

For years I have let my woodworking equipment, 12" cabinet saw, planer, jointer, bandsaw, router, etc., set idle. After retiring and catching up on my "Honeydew List", I am ready to start some woodworking. I am contemplating making some custom pistol boxes for some of my nicer S&W pistols. Any other woodworkers here who have some examples to post?

I've been thinking about trying to find someone to make me a replica of a M.W. Robinson casing for a #1 1/2 Tip-Up .
I just have no idea what it would cost.

Anyone looking for nice presentation cases should check out Bill Shumate's website Bill's Custom Cases. He has a large variety of cases, well made and reasonably priced. Pacific Leather & Canvas also has a very nice canvas and leather carrying case with fitted interior. I just bought one for my S&W M/29, made in China but for $89.00 a very nice case for the money.
