I don't see why NRA couldn't file the defamation law suite on our behalf against the author, publisher and sponsors. While they are at that, they should sue Sen Feinstain for deliberate disinformation of American People about use of "assault weapon" in Newtown, as long as I remember bad gun was found in the car, not the school.
