Sometimes I think drunken sailors on shore leave have more sense about spending than I do...buuut, I couldn't pass this one up! I was the lone bidder, went down and looked at it today (the shop is fairly local). There's rust under the grips, which was shown in the ad. HOWEVER the action is smooth as silk! Every rotation of the cylinder locked up like a bank vault! Finish is great, though someone was pretty enthusiastic when cleaning the outside of the barrel. The etched lettering is almost invisible on each side. Bore is shiney, and no marks at all on the recoil shield, other than the typical cylinder lockup mark.
