Some of the info included in this is perfectly fine but what does the media know. There is nothing wrong with an insurance company suggesting a shop. They cannot dictate where you have the car repaired. YOU CHOOSE!!
Cooper made some noise about junk yard parts. His choice of words were intentionally negative. While I prefer brand new OEM parts there are plenty of good LKQ parts. LKQ is like kind and quality from a salvage yard (junk yard). Shops reject lkq parts that are junk. It's just logical, if its damaged painting it will not hide the defects.
