I recently shopped USAA, had them quote me the exact coverage I currently have with State Farm, and they were over $200 higher. Don't tell me USAA is the best.
Ditching MetLife ... Anyone use the AAA for car insurance?

Some of the info included in this is perfectly fine but what does the media know. There is nothing wrong with an insurance company suggesting a shop. They cannot dictate where you have the car repaired. YOU CHOOSE!!
Cooper made some noise about junk yard parts. His choice of words were intentionally negative. While I prefer brand new OEM parts there are plenty of good LKQ parts. LKQ is like kind and quality from a salvage yard (junk yard). Shops reject lkq parts that are junk. It's just logical, if its damaged painting it will not hide the defects.
