I know about shoe horns, but what is that red thing in the second picture?

I fits over the back of the shoe or sneaker and then you simply step into the shoe and this acts like the shoe horn.Then while you are standing up you use the string to pull it out of the shoe.Good for swollen feet or unable to use a shoe horn due to an infirmaty.
