When I use my EDC revolvers in a Bowling Pin or Steel match, I
completely tear down and clean in a parts cleaner followed by a spray down
with brake parts cleaner.
Then I lube with anti-seize and re-assemble.
This is only for match use only! As the anti-seize doesn't seem to last well
in everyday use. It does lighten the action quite a bit though!
I do this to lighten the friction as much as possible.
I would never use this in a carry gun!
After each match I go through the same procedure,
but use Lucas synthetic gun lube or Breakfree for every day carry.
