Does Anyone Really Wear Hawaiian Shirts

Well, now I'm convinced that I am the only one not wearing them.... So it's off to Hawaii to purchase a couple dozen so I will fit in here..

However, knowing this bunch of guys, you all probably held a meeting and agreed to say you wear them just so you can laugh at me wearing mine.:D

I know every tourist that goes to Hawaii buys at least one, so they will blend in and look like a native. :D But other than that, does anyone wear them? I see them in stores and think they look nice and would be comfortable, but I think I would be the only one in town that has one! :(

Do the stores just sell them to one another. I see them mentioned as concealed cover shirts, so does that narrow them down to the tourists in Hawaii and concealed carry folks?

So, Really, do any of you wear Hawaiian Shirts?

Absolutely
When it gets hot in Florida it goes well with everything; including your carry piece.

Yep I wear 'em. Cool, comfortable concealment. However, I do prefer the more subdues colors and patterns. The really loud ones tend to draw attention which I don't want.

When I lived in Houston, I had a few to wear. And as previously stated, they make good concealment shirts. With the ocean now a 1000 miles away; no.

The gentleman who trained me for CWP wears them; since they are fitted to hang outside the belt, he can conceal almost anything under it, including a somewhat large Glock.

I live in a beach town, of course I do! In the summer, my standard attire consists of khaki shorts, flip flops, and a Hawaiian shirt.

It's just remarkably convenient that they work so well for concealed carry. And when I see someone else wearing one, don't even think about it. I don't think it says "CC" quite like a photographer's vest or fanny pack.

My MIL bought me some actual silk Hawaiian shirts about 20 years ago, I have learned to appreciate them for their coolness in the summer. I especially like the way my gut doesn't show up as bad as it does in something more clingy. I like the more subdued colors and appreciate anything with a parrot on it, someone told me a guy can wear a flowery shirt as long as its got a few birds on it...I like that.
A friend of mine visited Cuba and came back with some all white Cubano style shirts that are built on the same basic principal of roomy, big sleeves, all-cotton. Some had some very stylish cuts in front but were just your basic white loose fitting shirt...very classy, throw in a nice fat cigar and a Panama hat and away you go.
