I think every dealer should have NRA applications available, and offer them to all customers, both lookers and buyers.
If your dealer doesn't have them on display mention it to him. It is a dealer's financial interest to help protect his customers 2nd Amendment rights and his chance for future sales.
My pusher has called for applications after I mentioned this to him. He will also post CCW class information.
