I've used their H726 for many years, for a number of different pistols, including my 3913 & CS45. (I have 726's in black & brown for the 3913, and I use one of them for my CS9.)
The 726 doesn't cover the front (top of the slide) nearly as much as the one you pictured, if that's important to you. I used if for plainclothes & off-duty (and now for retirement CCW) for its safety (retention strap) and its semi-open breakfront design (speed and ease of clearing the muzzle from the holster without as much elbow/shoulder lift).
They've changed the 726 a bit over the years. The tunnel loops were replaced with belt slots. I was told it reduced the potential for tearing at the cutout, but I never had any issues with any of mine (or those used by other folks for whom I ordered them). I suspect the use of less leather for the open slot design, and less labor, is also an advantage for them.
They also replaced the soft cloth adhesive dot/patch on the inside of the strap (over the back of the snap) with a plastic cap. When I got a couple of the newer designs (for different guns), I kept having the plastic caps hang up on the edges of the slides during presentation. I replaced them with the originally used adhesive dots. They gave me a few sheets of them way back when, but I've seen them in stores, too (which makes sense since they'd have used an existing product, when possible). The cloth dots are snag-free as they move over the edges of the slide. Minor quibble, though.
Good holsters and good folks.
Here's a thumbnail of the older version with the tunnel loop slots (CS45):
Here's one of the current style with the open belt slots (new production 4513TSW):
And here's a pair of different vintage 726's, with a new style/4513TSW on the left, and an old-style/3913 on the right. The old holster has seen many years of service using an issued 6906 (square trigger guard, but the round guard 3913 works in it), and still sees use today. Good quality.
