The Knife was made by Jack Mark Guess, Tulsa, Oklahoma circa 1975, don't know if he did the tooled scabbard. It is not marked.

The floral belt loop cartridge slide is Tex Shoemaker's work.

4 inch HD from early 50s, with Winchester Repeating Arms .200 grain, lead round nose cartridges, circa 1930s.

I figured a pair of duty revolvers, and a backup. The fastest reload is another gun.

I like this a lot. And love cartridge slides. Unlike sewn in cartridge loops, you get to put the cartridges where you want them, and if you change your mind, you can put them somewhere else.

Do you have the belt and holster that goes with this scabbard and slide?

Just beautiful work Tony. I would love to see knife out of sheath. I have one that may be like it. Is yours marked?

Sorry but what caliber and model? Beautiful setup.

It is a Heavy Duty, which is a .38 Special on an N frame, which is also known as a 38/44 (38 caliber on a 44 frame). Because of the larger frame, it could safely handle the much hotter 38/44 cartridge.
