Heading to Reds Gun Range tomorrow. 2 1969 revolvers. 4" Python 3.5" Smith Wesson 27-2

Got them tucked in my small arm backpack.

Heading tomorrow to try 4 sets of 6 rounds with each revolver at 7 yards.
SA in both with Black Hills 125 grain and DA with Magnum 158 grain. Range report tomorrow evening.

Results are in. Shot 6 rounds at about 5 ' 7 yards in DA only using both Black Hills 125 grain and Magtech 158 grain. Also was You can feel the difference average in the Smith vs. The Python even though the Python is a 4" barrel vs. the 3.5" for the Smith. All shots were 2 handed shooting.

Fun times as it has been about a year since I shot a 357 revolver. I am shooting to the left but my first shot was on target.

Now time to clean them up with a cold Lone Star.
