I will do new recoil spring. That is one of those cheap parts that gets expensive if you have to pay shipping on it, so will have to see what else I can combine it with.
Good idea. I always replace the common springs before testing a "new to me" pistol.
Buy the recoil spring from Wolff Springs & they include a firing pin spring with it.
I also like to replace the mainspring & put new magazine springs in to start fresh with also.
Magazine followers are still available at Midway. Better get some while the gettin's good.

Why start shooting it with unknown longevity parts in it & have issues that make you frustrated with your new toy?
Grips? I'm perfectly happy with a new set of rubber Hogues.
