finally got my brass punch kit delivered today and borrowed my neighbor's gunsmith screwdriver set.
so, i was ready to finally install it.
total time, including marking the original position of the sights: 15 minutes!
didn't need to heat the sight set screw, came right out with the proper 1/16 bit in the screwdriver handle.
only had to tap the sights about 6 times till i could move it by hand.
put in the new parts and tapped the sight back over, about 8 times to make sure it lined up with the original position.
MAN, what a difference. the trigger pulls as smooth as if the slide had been removed and it wasn't even touching the USB.
can't wait to install the rear sear and spring kit!
