Finally, my first 44 Magnum.

I'm feeling so bad for you Allen that I'll help you out and take it off your hands. I'm good to you that way ! :)

In all seriousness, many thanks on the 1911 Giles .38 Bullseye gun. Think about Lakeland this coming weekend. Sal

5 Screw 44 Magnum

Well done Allen, you will be hard pressed to do better when your search for the second 44 Magnum begins. Hope you can find a set of Cokes that are affordable and the black presentation box the revolver would have been sold with along with all the tools to complete your extremely nice find. Congratulations!

An alternate take is to use the money you would spend on wood and cardboard and use it for ,44 Mag ammo and shoot the snot outta that gun
Wink ;)

Allen
Very nice. Good luck in the search for a box and tools.
One thing, I've never seen a post that read "Finally, my last.44 Magnum".
Watch out those critters multiply at night!

A really great gun, Allen-frame. A real keeper.

My first .44 magnum was a Ruger Super Blackhawk. Still have that one.

My second .44 magnum was a Ruger Redhawk. Still have that.

My third .44 magnum was a S&W Model 29-4 or 29-5, if memory serves me. It was made just before S&W went to the MIM/lock. Still have that one, too. Bought it used for about $700.00
