I've read where some people have been able to get a fingertip extension plate to replace the flat one that comes on one of the magazines for a M&P 9c. Who should I contact at S&W concerning this?

Thank you in advance for any assistance anyone can give.

Just call the 1800 number and tell them what you need. They will help you out. I had mine in a little over 2 weeks (was back ordered).

I saw this post 2 days ago... I too had the same concern.
I wrote S&W and within 1 day they wrote back.
"sent out today, please allow 7-10 days for delivery"

S&W (rocks!) If you ask, 99.9% of the time you recieve.
I am batting a 1000 right now with 3 requests in the past 6 mths.
I can tell you this.... I am a lifetime customer... they win!

My M&P 40 C came with two medium grip back straps and no small, I called them and told them I needed a small and I also asked how could I order an extra grip extension, they just took my addy and I had both items in four days, no charge.

I told them I needed the extension for the Cali Ten round mag, he said the M&P 40 C only comes with ten rounders so there is only one pt# for the extension, it only makes a difference on the full size guns I guess.

It's the 9mm compact that you have to make sure to get the right one.

Interesting point that last, the compact finger extension would look pretty silly on a full size! But for those of you who have both, I've found that putting the compact floor-plate on a full size magazine keeps it from "jutting out " below the grip. This "rounds" the part that pokes my jacket out just a little bit more, ever-so-slightly enhancing conceal-ability.

Probably silly to most, just thought it was interesting.

Good to know about the finger extension plate, so just emailed S&W about it. I rather have both magazines match and found I prefer the spot for my finger.
