Firearm You Would Really, Really Like To Have

A few for me are:

One of those 1 of a thousand Winchester Rifles.
A Borchardt Pistol precursur of the Luger.
An MP-43 w curved barrel.
1906 SSA Colt 45 black-w/ Sandstone handles.

And ill leave it at that for awhile.

Nickel mod. 40 centinieal (sp) no even close enough for spell checker.

I have been thinking about this for a while and simply can not come up with one.
I reckon that over the years I have had plenty and unfortunately sold some to finance other interest. Some times it was a mistake.
Mistake 1 sold my semi auto Thompson to buy a stainless Luger. I just had to have the Luger.
Mistake 2 Sold a trap door Springfield with bayonet and frog for $400 to a friend. Thinking I could buy it back later. Did not happen.
Mistake three sold a couple of Browning High Power thinking I could get them back. Did not happen either.
So I guess many of my wants are for a time machine and a good slap into reality. I never got back any of the guns I had sold but did replace them with others. At a higher cost too.
As time goes on it seems our interest change and so do needs. Wisconsin now has concealed carry and much of my interest has gone to J and K framed Smiths.

I think a 4 inch J in a 36 or 60 would be interesting. If I ever come on one at a fair price.
It took a while to come up with that one.

Im going off to the right here. I love Marlins and want a 336 Cowboy in 30-30. Would take a 1894 Cowboy in 357 and 44 also. That would hold me over for a while.

Hayden.

For a second mention in this thread, an IWI Tavor. I almost jumped into the water, looks deep.

A Colt "Monitor", NIB. You might as well throw in a few extra magazines and a case or two of ammo.

As long as we're dreaming here, how about a 50 caliber Browning machine gun.... with a B-24 attached to it.

My basic training issue M-14. If I could see the target, I could hit it. I'm pretty sure it was crushed, melted down and probably became part of an AMC Gremlin.
