First of all, I'm glad that you're back and hope that the surgery was a success. Do what the doctors tell ya regarding what you can and can't do, what you should or shouldn't be eating & don't forget to take whatever meds they may have given you.. I don't know too much about the C.O.R.E pistols but someone will chime in soon.

Welcome Back Sir ! Yes they still offer the 5 inch core #178058 and the 4.25 inch #10050 I think ? I have both and love them.

Hope you heal quickly and stay heathly . Don't do like my brother and have a large pork BBQ sandwich and double onion rings after having heart attack and triple bypass

Welcome back!
Do what the docs tell you.
I had arthroscopic surgery 30 days ago.
Doc said no lifting more than 5 pounds for 4 weeks.
Tuesday was 4 weeks since the surgery.
Sunday and Monday one of the incisions was still hurting - a sharp stabbing pain. It had been hurting since day 1.
Tuesday the pain was less.
Yesterday it was gone! 4 weeks to the day. I was (and am) completely amazed.
They may not know everything but they know what they are talking about more often than not.
So follow their advice.

even though I am a relative newbie, I thank God that You are faring well, and, Look forward to learning from You, and Sharing opinions!

Welcome back! Wishing you a complete and quick recovery!

Glad to see you back.. Just so you know, I have coffee every morning with a guy who is 84 years old and had open heart surgery 30 years ago. He has had stents, by passes, and now a pace maker.. He's got more energy than I do.

So do whatever instructions your Dr gave you and get on with your life.:):)
