Just saw Frank's makes a Red Hot seasoning blend in a shaker jar. Made some chicken thighs tonight and it's to die for. Works much better than the sauce unless you're basting on the grill.
My recipe for chcken thighs
Preheat oven to 450°
Ingredients:
Chicken thighs... bone in/skin on (much cheaper)
Garlic salt
Dried oregano
Frank's Red Hot seasoning
Tajin lime seasoning ( or what's available)
Sprinkle seasonings liberally on both sides and cook until internal temp reaches 195°. I use a probe with the counter top reader.
The thighs come out extemely juicy. Seasoning is also good on fries, popcorn, burgers or whatever you can imagine. The skin alone is worth the effort.
