Freeway looky-loo/ghoul rant

Just wait until you see these mouth breathers stop, blocking two lanes, to video the whole affair on their Iphone and live stream to Farcebook!

It's a crying shame when they get hit some some firefighting foam and it kills their phone (and makes them all sticky :D )

There are also a lot of people who are indecisive and cannot figure out what to do, so they dither for 20 or more seconds when a decision should be made and implemented within 3 and moving with alacrity to get away from the problem and not interfere. A few of those and the whole things to go hell in a handcart. I have stopped to help if I was among the very first at a scene and emergency responders were not there. Otherwise, I get out of the way as fast as I can.

I'd deal with this kind of idiot when I was in LE - something is going on, their presence is a problem (distraction, etc.) and they would just STARE instead of getting away from the area as fast as possible. I barely had time to yell MOVE MOVE MOVE, let alone reason with them.

When you are stuck in a 3 mile backup and it takes you an hour to get to the scene of the incident, by then it's usually cleared up. Happened to me countless times over my 25 years as a truck driver.

When I was stationed in the LA area one of the radio stations called the slowing of traffic at an accident scene "RPS". This stood for "Residual Pinhead Slowing"! Hope this explains it all.
