Ordered some gunsprings from Galloway Precision, 2 weeks later USPS says the package is 'location unknown' in their system, and when contacted 2x Galloway finally responded 'USPS's problem, not ours', which means it's my problem.
And back to Wolff Springs we go.

If you paid with CC couldn't you dispute the charge? Really, how much could a spring cost. They should replace the spring and the PO should overnight it for free.

What I asked for, and they said no. I rarely bad mouth a company for earnest mistakes, however, this is pretty much CS as it's worst.
 
I had a similar issue with some sights I ordered from cajun gun works for a czp01. I had to contact FedEx and let them investigate if they could locate the package. I also contacted the supplier to let them know the issue. Once CGW got word from FedEx that the package was lost and unable to be found, they sent me a new set of sights. This process took about a week. If all that fails contact your bank and submit a claim.

Sounds like you processed the charge dispute improperly.
Your CC company puts the disputed amount in abeyance while it investigates. You clearly have grounds to dispute.

I once ordered a fiber optic sight from Dawson Precision. It was lost in the mail. They sent me a new one. And these aren't standard sights. They make them whatever height you want.

haven't disputed the charge yet, my info was just about my dealing with Galloway. My Citibank MC is an excellent company to work with, have never had a problem with them on a dispute. Every charge against my CC hits my phone within seconds.
