Gas Price Check...

Here is an interesting fact. The US EXPORTED more gasoline than it did 3 years ago.

Here is another fun fact. Last year we EXPORTED as much oil a day as we IMPORTED from the Russian.

Makes a lot of sense don't it?? Well, no worries it makes a lot of MONEY, but not for the vast majority.

There's a bi-partisan move afoot to ban the importation of Russian oil, and I expect that to happen if Putin's atrocities go on much longer.

I'm not getting fleeced, and neither are you. This is Economics 101...
We're getting fleeced because this is an engineered crisis. And if we cut off Russian oil without drilling here, it will simply raise the price on the global market, including the oil Putin will sell to China and other non-aligned nations.

Kev, your Harley must have a huge gas tank.☺

Took my truck today. It still had 7.5 gallons in the tank when I filled it up.

My bike holds 6 gallons and I always put premium in it. It will probably cost $30+ to fill up if I ran it dry.

Getting off topic, but on my way down it came a little rain shower, was most humorous to see mass quantities on northern bikers trolling under the US1 / 95 bridge to get out of the rain.

If they'd rode another mile they'd been out of it.

If you want a piece of the pie, you must buy in. It is called investing. Oil companies take a tremendous risk, then hostile govts pull the rug out from under them to make a scene for their investors ( vast majority) who do not invest, just hang around for the spoils. Who would explore and drill in uncertain times not knowing if you can trust the Power of the day to not rip you off.

And free restrooms. Next time I need to fill up my tank I think I will hold my morning bowel movement and drop it at the gas station….
Tell him to wash your windows while you're in there.

It doesn't make sense to people that have any sense. Larry

Filled up my other vehicle with diesel today. The place that was $4.50/gallon on Monday is now $4.98/gallon. Found another place for $4.86/gallon near work. No biggie as that vehicle gets about 40 mpg on my commute.

A substantial diversion this morning could have got me fuel at $4.09 allegedly (vegasgasprices.com) or even $3.99 if I drove 20+ miles across the valley. Nope.
