Getting on the 10mm bandwagon

Everything I've fired in the XDM prints high on the target. I know I can just basically totally bury the front sight down in the U notch white outline rear and be ok. But I just don't like that.

I ordered and already received the optics base plate from Springfield. (For free) And I'm thinking about the Hex dragonfly red dot they sell.

Anybody have one ?
