Glock 19 sized M&P to come?

The Glock 19/23/32 are in my opinion the BEST sized handguns ever.

S&W doesn't compete because in this case Glock is perfection.

That's how I see it. I carry the 19 and have 2 others at home. The M&P fs is too big, like the 17 and the compact is too small, like the 26. And just like the compact I don't like any of the Glocks in that size. The grip is too short. I barely have a 2 fingers on the groove. I tried the M&P 45 but don't like how the largest insert is so wide compared to the grip and if I wanted a 45 with 8 rounds I can just stick to 1911 or buy the Glock 30 and get 2 more rounds. I tried all the M&P s and none do anything for me that the Glock already doesn't do.

Already done! Take a M&P Compact and put it up to the Glock 19 or 23, they are the same size. Some folks mistakenly think the M&P Compact is same size as G26/27, they are NOT. Put the actual guns side by side and you will see.

I have and they are very close. I own both and with the 12 round magazines with finger rests they are very close with the G26 being slightly smaller. And if you compare them with out magazines they are essentially the same with the Compact having a slightly longer slide. To me they so close that i consider them the same size. I also cannot tell any difference when carrying concealed with the same brand holster.

The Glock magazine I am using for comparison is the Glock factory magazine with the + extension for a capacity of 12 rounds.

S&W just bought their plastics supplier. Will S&W make a Glock 19 sized M&P pistol with all that plastic within the next couple years? Ever? They have to know it's wanted and I think it would sell like hot cakes.

Not needed and I doubt they would make one. OTOH, When Glock makes a Shield sized Glock 9mm pistol.. that will sell like hot cakes.

If that's what you want. Here's an idea. Just carry a G19.

Well, technically it is not perfection cause it don't fit my hand as good as the M&P or the BHP for that matter.
