Glock 22LR Conversion

I have had Ceiner units for 1911’s, had a AA for Glock 26/27/33, and currently have a AA on a Glock 29/30sf frame. My Ceiners actually worked, the AA kit for Glock subcompacts was not reliable on either of my Glock 26’s or my son’s Glock 27 & 33. It ran like a Singer sewing machine on a friend’s Glock 27. My current AA kit (discontinued) ran so well in my Glock 29 that I purchased a SF frame and built a dedicated .22 LR pistol.

The retail price of these conversion kits is close to what a .22 handgun can cost. It may not be cost effective for everyone. IMHO, the finish on the AA kits could be more robust.

Anyone have any experience with them? Which would you recommend? Advantage Arms, Ceiner, Tacsol? Thanks.

I had Advantage Arms...bought from the Glock Store for just under $300. It worked well enough but after a couple of yrs I sold it because I wanted a dedicated .22lr pistol. For an additional small amount of money I got a Ruger Mark 4 22/45 Target. It's much easier to clean and noticeably more accurate. Very reliable too.
