When I was quite small he was one of my best friends. It was 1960, I was 5 years old and I could put him together without the instructions.

Well, I saw an original 1960's model on eBay and could not resist.

Forum members will appreciate that it comes with the original box, papers and tool

I remember those. Yes, you can find many of our childhood toys on there like Remco Tanks, Aurora HO slot car sets, real original Marx rubber Army men (not the cheap foreign castings) Dick Tracy Snub Nosed 38s and on and on and on.

Yer darn right......

One of my favorite toys from the same time. I regret that I never had the guts to take it completely apart.

K-K-K-K-K-KAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!

My bro found a complete Vac-U-Form on ebay. We had a great time with that one, too.

I had one of those - my grandparents gave it to me when I was like three. It scared the heck out of me ( :) ) and it got given away.

Honestly, on seeing the words "Mr. Machine" (I'd totally forgotten) just now, I was momentarily alarmed. :) I wish the grandparents had waited another couple years - that's really cool.
