UPS delivered my barreled Garand receiver to the local Home Depot. After some sluething (sp?), I drove to Home Depot's loading dock, found the box next to a bunch of shovels. Haven't used UPS since.
Well, then they need to reopen the hub option. If UPS cannot control (or wish to control) their franchisees, then they need to provide other means to honor their contract with SGAmmo and other ammo shippers.
