What! You all don't like this guy? And here I just signed up for his self defensive shooting class. :eek: I mean, this guy sounds and looks like the real deal, eh? Really, I got my CCW so I wouldn't be afraid to go out nights. After seeing this guy, I don't leave the house.

I've talked to guys like that. (briefly) You will often find them in taverns. They most often also have vast military experiance. However they can't tell you what unit they were in. "If I tell ya, I gotta kill ya!" Although I did once meet a guy I was truly impressed with. He couldn't tell me what outfit he was in....Because it was so secret they wouldn't tell him!
 
What's truly sobering is that this fellow has a lot of youtube videos to his credit. He fancies himself a weapons expert, and is quite verbose in his descriptions and tactical advice. His obvious lack of training and common sense falls somewhere between hilarious and terrifying ... his other videos (yes, I have scanned several) are equally face plant worthy.

When I'm done shaking my head at this buffoon, I am chagrined by the fact that he represents ALL gun owners in the eyes of many ... the chest pounding weekend warrior, intent on wrecking havoc with his evil gun collection. He is a menace to himself and those around him, and a grotesque representative for lawful and properly trained individuals.

I posted this for a laugh, but also as a form of wake up call and/or reminder ... whether on the range, or carrying CCW, we're in the PR business as we collectively need to remain vigilant in sending the right message to the uninformed, but also the misinformed.

Thank you for listening, I'm off now to practice my Glock twirl ...

I don't think he really knows he's being recorded... It's a mirror cam and his wife is playing tricks on him...He's doing the dance...It's painfull to think somebodies that stupid...

Even the Lab couldn't watch the whole thing. He insisted on going out in the rain to get away from it.

OMG! Apparently, he may have been able to actually get a permit to carry a gun. I know a guy kind of like him. Tacticool Ninja Gun Guru. After many episodes of his bragging about gun skills, I finally cornered him into actually shooting. I've seen first timers hit the target more than he did. This fellow is even scarier. At least he probably votes right.
