Gun help please

Dear s&w forum, I need some gun help from my fellow members. If any of you own a s&w model 60 .357 magnum revolver with a 3 inch barrel and it has the Ils i would like you to open the revolver and look at the model number and the dash number and contact me with that information please.

sincerely and respectfully mg357 a proud member of the s&w fourm. p.s. the reason that i am asking for this information is because i am doing some holster research but it is not for a writing project.

I've got one WITHOUT the lock. It's a 60-10, so it is later than mine. I know that the 60-15 has the lock, but don't know if there are any others, in-between.

I think lock appeared on the 3in Mod 60 -15.

How will the appearance of the ils affect holster choice? Seems unlikely.

Mine is Model 60-15, has lock.
