I recently purchased a 65-5 and I would like to change the hammer to a .375 hammer. I also want to lighten the springs. Where is the best place to purchase these items, and what brand spring kit is the best?

Brownell's has all the parts you need. I'd go with a 12 pound rebound spring or get the kit with the 12 - 13 - and 14 pounders.

It depends...

On what you are doing. The rebound spring does a lot to determine single action weight. So, if you are concerned with single action bullseye shooting, you can go as mentioned. However, if you are doing fast double action shooting, too light a rebound spring will not return the trigger fast enough. On my carry guns, I have 15# Wolff rebound springs. Factory springs are I believe 18#
God Bless.
