handguards?

will any of the AR15,M4 or any other plain handguards work on this rifle? i'am not going to add anything to the gun and my younger kids think its alittle front heavy. i was told a plain handguard would be alittle lighter. thanks for any help

The handguard is connected to the upper receiver on this rifle and there are no known replacements for it. Weighs very little as does the whole rifle. Feels front heavy due to the barrel being one of the few steel parts.

Tell your younger kids to suck it up!

Or add some weight to the back to balance it.

I changed out my quad rail for a ar-15 carbine free float tube hand guard.Very simple swap using Tacticool22 barrel nut adaptor. For a front sight base I modified a clamp style gas block that was close to the barrel size with a rotary file. check out my pictures and let me know what you think

I have one of Tacticool's barrel nut adapters too. Just haven't decided what free float handguard to get.
