Hanging on the Local Gun Shop Wall...

I was thinking what A10 said about "meant to be" and was wondering what would happened if the original seller had decided to take advantage of one of the "gun buybacks" that seem to be the "big thing" in some cities/states, these day's. I figure that you saved an important part of S@W history and that was your fate, congratulations on a job well done, carry on...........Dan.

Congratulations on a keen eye and taking advantage of an ignorant gun shop. My favorite LGS would have paid them a minimum of $500 for that package and then would've marked it $985 or, more likely, kept it for his collection!

Don't bother to play any small games of chance for a couple years, your rabbit's foot needs a rest!

If I could get my jaw to close I'd say Congrats... but I'll just have to type it.

I love to see stories like this, if I can't stumble upon the deal of the century... it's still fun to see someone else do so. :D:D:D

Relish the moment and enjoy!!

Dont know which I like the best the classic revolver or the story.

Great deal on a fine piece of history.

Well let's just throw out some round numbers:
SAT $1000
K22 #1000
Box $400
Non- relieved targets $250
Ammo
That puts the value in a $2800 ball park: $2550 discount, not too shabby!
