Harrell's Powder Measure: Better than Redding 3BR?

Same ... It's a sleeper
I have three Lee Classic Four Hole Turret presses set up for 9MM, 38/357, 45acp and use a Lee Auto drum on all of them and yes I check every 5th charge for weight but am astonished at how consistent they are. I have a RCBS and Redding rotary powder chargers and never use them anymore.
For rifle I use my PACT electronic powder dispenser, charge .5 grains light and using my RCBS 1010 balance beam scale trickle up to the weight I need. I use the same powder tray for both scales to speed up the process.

About the only time I've seen it walk out of spec is with very fine spherical powders like AA#9 or AA#7. You have to get the drum assembly a bit tight to prevent powder from migrating between the drum and body, which will cause the thrown charge to climb. That's honestly the only scenario where i've seen it mess up.
It's accomplished everything else drama free
