Has anybody come up with a way to get Cardholder Services to stop calling?

I agree, very annoying. I did get a lot of satisfaction one time when a live operator called. I played along with them for about 15 minutes, explaining that I was in bankruptcy (no, not really) and how could they help me, I was way over due on my card and I could really really use some help, more credit. I went on and on and didn't really give them a chance to give me their line of garbage. I annyoyed the guy bad enough the told me to, well, you know.

Anyway, it was 15 minutes well spent. I really enjoyed messing with them. Haven't had a live person call back since, just those darn automated ones who don't listen.

I also get a lot of calls from Vietnam veterans wanting donations. One evening I told the gal that I was a vet and could she send me some money. She surprised me by explaining that she was not in that part of the business. She went on to give me a phone number and wished me luck. :o
