Rob - I'll give you a complimentary Refinish on those grips!

Is that Bird's Eye Maple w/o the bird's eyes?

I might take you up on that, for now I've modified the frame for these......

I think I'm heading in the right direction, need to address the frame profile - "melt" the edges and get rid of the chrome, this is a work in progress....

Not sure what to call them, almost pseudo fake wanna be plastic handle thingies...

The don't really do much justice to my <STRIKE>5 screw</STRIKE><STRIKE> 4 screw</STRIKE>,<STRIKE> 3 screw</STRIKE>, one rivet masterpeace (SIC)

How about that ejector rod? It looks like an antenna on my old transistor radio. Does it telescope out?

Sorta looks like that, don't it?

Have cleaned up the frame contours and parts, but the barrel (and ejector rod) don't look right anymore, guess I'll have to fix them now.
Maybe get a better pic with a different color background as well, more to come (sorry to subject you to this, but I want to get a proper start in this snubbie K frame area.)
Found some cool grips (dymionds I think you call them), not great conditions but they give it a cool vintage look.

Well VM, I think I'm about done. Got the barrel fixed to match the frame contour, slapped some adjustable sights and some blueing on it, cleaned up the grips. The blue background looks a bit better as well, not I just need to take a better pic than this quick snapshot.
Thanks for letting me have fun in your thread...

I'm thinking I need to <STRIKE>make</STRIKE> acquire a Registered Mag now, preferably a nice short barreled model....

If you are good with Photoshop, you can make one (see above), all you need is a clean RG as a starting point, then you can make one appear to be three.....

OK, I'll start. 1975 15-3. One of my favorites
Hi, a lot of french cops used it "concelated", before the fashion of 357 in the 80'and now the semi-auto fashion. It was (well and still is)a very good sixgun!
