Although I’ve never bought a gun because I already had a magazine, I’ve bought plenty because I had grips, holster or scope that needed a home.

Yes, new kimber micro Rapide in 9mm. My NRA American Hunter magazine. Im not one to pay attention to ads, but ive always wanted a small 1911 in my carry rotation. I was hesitant when they first came out years ago because of all the feed issues. They seem to have improved quite a bit, although I still hear of the occasional issue.

Clint Eastwood was one of my favorite actors and as the story goes he could not handle the .44 magnum with one hand so they used a model 27 since it was the same size as the model 29.

I have dies, molds, cases, boolits, some holsters, and even some ammo for a 380, but no 380.
What are you waiting for, go get one!

Back in the late 80’s I saw this model 29 on the cover of SHOOTING TIMES. They were running a contest on naming it. Still have the magazine and the model 29 Classic Hunter.
