We use chairs that lock into rows, so we just removed 1/3 of our rows, now a fat guy can walk down an row without bumping people! It was our 4th week back. I did security two weeks in a row.
During the shut down we remodeled and carpeted. 17 years on the last maroon carpet and maroon seat cushions AND some maroon walls got old! The flat black stage is good for pod casting, but takes some getting used to!
Our state health board has forbid our use of Self Serve Coffee urns, that really offended some people! (Why were they coming in the first place?)
When my wife and I arrive, we are typically there 4 to 6 hours, so she has a pint thermos of coffee from home (that we are not allowed to share). It is almost as bad as sneaking a sip from a flask!
We have a park like area at our church, it has gotten a heavy work out since we have reopened. Several picnics after services and two engagements.
Even it the spiritual Kingdom were need to adapt and overcome!
