Hey all,
My name is Stephen, i'm 21 years old and a novice in the field of firearms. As a city boy in California, my family never introduced me to the world of guns while growing up. I've had a life long dream of being in LE and am currently in the application process with the California Highway Patrol. As the process has made it's progress and I'm now in backgrounds, I decided to shoot a handgun for the first time a few weeks ago. 9mm Glock. It started a fire in my heart. Have been back to the local range 4 times and have already learned so much!
I joined this forum to learn more about this hobby/interest and hopefully get any questions answered that I may have. Why S&W? CHP issues the 4006TSW and that's the gun I want to purchase! Unfortunately, they seem to be as rare as gold here in my area and online as well. If you see the 4006tsw for sale..... I'll throw my mortgage at it.
