Going to get a dream fulfilled in a few weeks and own my first S&W .38 special from 1967 , its a big procedure to get to own a handgun here .
#First of all you must be member in a active gun club 1 year .
#Then you must begin with a .22 gun and complete 3 series of 46 points of maximum 50 points at a precision target from 25 meters (27 yards).
#Then you will recieve a certificate from the gunclub that you fullfilles the obligations from the shooting series and have to apply with another paper at the closest Police station and apply for a handgun-license.
It takes about 10-15 weeks to get the answer from Police.
Then (if to get the "greenlight") You can go and get your handgun .
Got my first Morini CM22 last year and have been applying for an S&W .38 special from 1967 , hopefully it will be ready in middle of may !
