I have a Model 64-5 4in RB. I believe from what I've read on this forum it was made in 1997, but I'm 100% sure. It has serrations on the front and back strap. It came with a Uncle Mikes grip. Has forged hammer and trigger(which is smooth) as far I can tell(I don't much about forging). Has the SN# on the butt and by the crane, and the assembly # is on the crane and butt. There are also a bunch of weird/usual(to my limited knowledge) markings(letters and #s) on the butt 21512 electro penciled(from what I can tell)(pictured), stamped Z where the bottom pin is, a stamped s, and a stamped H. It has night sights and 023 is stamped on the side(I believe both are aftermarket). The SN# is CBK3028. The story is it was a Anheuser Busch security gun(Which is kinda cool as I live in St. louis), but for all I KNOW that's just a story. Anyway all information is welcome. I also want to thank the members of this forum for all the help they give newbies like me.
BTW: her name is Sierra(Yes, I know doesn't have anything to do with my question).

No CBK in the standard catalog, but you're probably right. There are lots of undocumented prefixes for the 64-5 in that period.

Serrations are supposed to have started in 96 and lasted about 18 months.

Serrations under wrap around rubber grips. Go figure:-)
