Help replacing revolver hand

not a S&W…Taurus 94, should be the same for most of the small frame revolvers
trying to replace the hand #31 seems like impossible tasks, although youtube videos make it look easy pushing the spring plunger #29 in the trigger while placing the hand in the pinhole…i need a third hand.
Hopping someone has a trick to get this done.

I use a plastic tool that fits inside the trigger spring cut. Simply move the end of the spring to where it belongs, then slide the two hand pins into place.
 
Something to keep in mind in the future is that round wooden toothpicks work very well as slave pins to get parts aligned and held in place while putting an action back together.
