My Sigma was shooting low and to the left, and upon closer inspection, I found that the front sight was not centered on the slide (a tiny half moon of the hole in the slide was visible on the left side of the sight), so I called S&W customer service and was told to send the slide back and they would put a new front sight on. No problem, right? Wrong! Sent it in two weeks ago, and still don't have the slide back. Called customer service, and they don't even know if it's been worked on, but they do know it hasn't been shipped. Nor do they know when it will be fixed, because their closest guess is "It may be ready sometime next week...". How hard can it be to put a new front sight on correctly? According to these forums, not hard at all. I deserve the STOOPID sign for not just following the steps ya'll have posted about replacing the sight, instead of sending it back to customer service, because now half my Sigma is here in Florida, and the other half in Massachusetts. I feel so STOOPID!

Anyone else have a problem with customer service, or is it just me?
