High Noon Holsters - Caution when buying!

There is tight fit and wrong fit. It's obvious which one this is.
I currently don't own a high noon product and can't imagine any reputable company not correcting this as mistakes will forever be made, but if their remedy is to "force it", I won't buy any of their stuff.
Thanks for the headsup.
In the end I bet they correct it though just based on the pics.

I have been using lots of High Noon Holsters exclusively for over 15 years now. Never a problem with any of them. I mainly use their high end horse hide but do have a few of the economy IWB holsters that worked very well. Send that holster back for replacement or refund. Bill

I'm still waiting for a reply from the last email. Received the holster 6/2/2014

Thanks for all the replies, I'll keep you posted. It sucks because I really like the clip they use, I know this is a cheap holster but they are great for just clamping on to any pants when doing house/yard work.

I had the same problem with a Don Hume holster once, way to small. Wrong holster inserted into the bag at the factory. They were very nice and replaced the holster quickly. We still make mistakes. Correcting them is the sign of quality.

My suggestion is to return the holster ℅ Mike Punzone, along with a polite note and I'm certain they will rectify the situation.

Sounds like the best suggestion yet.... I am sure its an innocent mix up as others have said, and unfortunately, the employee who emailed you is a bit mixed up as well. I would bet the Boss would be happy to make it right, and possible mentor his crew a bit. Good luck!

They responded and said I could return the holster but it would be the same fit. They said that's how it's supposed to be.. Think I'll just eat this one. Lesson learned.

The pictures of Bare Asset holsters on the High Noon web site all show a completely covered trigger. Like this Bare Asset .That clearly isn't possible with the one they sent for your gun. Do they realize that this is how the holster they sent fits your specific gun? And are they still saying that the fit is correct? That for a Glock 30, the Bare Asset holster is designed to leave the trigger completely exposed? (A grip full of ammo that high above the belt clip has to be an incredibly top-heavy package, too.) If they stick to the story that this is the correct fit for one of their holsters, I think that is an incredible attitude for a holster maker to take.

One of the folders on my Bookmarks toolbar is called Holsters, where over the years I've accumulated a lot of links to holster makers, including High Noon. Being on my list doesn't guarantee that I WILL buy from you at some point in the future, but not being on the list does guarantee that I WON'T. If High Noon continues to tell you that this is the way they make their holsters, then I certainly will remove them from my bookmarks PDQ.

Please do keep us posted.

Ray also makes mistakes. Everyone everywhere will eventually make a mistake. How the mistake gets taken care of is where the quality of the company shows.
I finally received my holster from Ray last week. The gun snags when drawing the gun. Emailed him and he says it will work itself out after use. I can't use the holster because the gun won't come out. He said basically "oh well". He won't exchange, refund or fix. So basically threw $60 away.

And this is one of the many reasons I order/purchase from "[email protected]".

I have several High Noon holsters - that is not the holster for your gun. Did you send them the photos you included in your posts? Your first photo looks like it could be possible to force the gun in the holster. Photos 2 and 3 make it obvious that your gun is never going to fit.

I'd send High Noon a link to this thread. Hopefully you posted similar threads on other forums too. Send them links to all of them.

Maybe they might be a little more responsive if they knew how many customers and potential customers are being informed of their poor response to date.

Send them a link to this thread and ask for your money back and the opportunity to save their reputation.

Did you get your gun wet? looks swollen:) I have purchased from HN without issues.I would be VERY surprised if they didn't make it right for you.don't give up

'If it does fit you must....er send it back'.
This thread convinced me that they would not be my choice..........
You gave them the chance to make it right and they failed. End of story for me. Sounds like the same story I had with my Kimber.............Poor customer service.
