Reminds me of the "duck and cover" films of the 50's. It advised that after a nuclear attack we should go directly home where our mothers would wash all our clothing.
Homeland security says you should use scissors to confront a gunman.
You wait. The first time someone tries this and manages to put a scratch on the shooter, the shooter will sue, the company, the person using the scissors, and the company who made the scissors. They will win.
There will then be a movement to ban scissors.
Do they offer those scissors in a tactical model?
I saw the video and I laughed out loud. Then the reality hit me, my tax dollars paid for this!![]()
I'm going to tell you boys right now, I'd rather get shot by a crazed gunman than touch the wife's scissors. You want to whine about background checks? That's nothing compared to what I have to go through to pick up them scissors! Hoowee!
I just bought my wife some new scissors, because I used her last set a couple of years ago to cut paper. Had to get her new ones, as she was using the old set and I got to relive my past atrocity of using them. Never again will I even touch them.
Pinking shears. . .
