Hey, it's part of Obama's effort to reduce gun violence. Apparently nothing calms down an active shooter better than a good haircut. Just sit them down and ask what they want, just a trim or a full cut and styling.

I'm not much for DHS. I did not read or listen to what was said.
I don't think it is bad for them to promote ARMING yourself when under attack.
Could work in our favor.
If it came down between a pair of scissors or a cream pie I know what I'd pick.

That video borders on the ridiculous. If I was anti-gun in the workplace before I would be reconsidering my position.

Turn off the lights and cower behind a piece of 1/2" particle board waiting to be a victim? Make a kamakazi run at an armed person with evil intent with a pair of scissors?
Someone please tell me that this isn't the best Ms. Napolitano and HLS could come up with as an instructional aid to office workers.

Hey, we can end the ammo shortage within a month. Let Homeland Security cancel all of the ammo they have ordered AND BUY SCISSORS!!

Homeland Security is now 'well armed' & we get to buy ammo from the cancellation. A win-win situation, No?

LOL, wow this is funny. Sad but funny. My Victorinox scissors are gonna help me fight off a nut with an AK? Did they legalize pot in DC or sumthin? They have got to be smoking sumthin. Heck I think I would have to take up self defense via karate or something to maybe at least have a chance to disarm the crazy guy.

The video did offer an alternative to a sissors attack. You can crawl under your desk and hide, and wait for help to arrive. Thank God for the DHS, always looking out for us citizens and doing such a good job of keeping our airports safe. I feel so much better, and safer.
