How close is your gun store?

The closet one to me is 17 miles, the next is about 25. After that distance there are a bunch of them within a 30 mile diameter.

OBTW I assume were talking about real gun shops not the big box sell everything store, I know I am.

Of course even with that kind of distance I can go about 13 miles in any direction before I hit a traffic control device (red, yellow, green light) Blinkers do not count as all firehouse have them up here!

Not counting big boxes, I have 6 within a 20 mile radius. I like saying," hey, your buddy down the road will sell it to me $30.00 cheaper". It hardly ever works but it's still fun to try.

There isn't one close by, and until Fin, Feather and Fur opened in Middleburg Heights, not one north of Akron I'd go to. Until then, the closest I'd give my money to was a good sixty miles away in Cuyahoga Falls.

i the closest is 5 miles...i drive by 2 on the way to work...

walmart is 6 miles. there are quite a few within a 20 mile radius...

The Walmart is about 2 miles from me.Their shelves are bare.

I've got thousands of rounds of ammo in .22lr,9mm,.38,.357,.45ACP,.223 and 5.56 so the closest "store" to me is in the next room.

I have at least 3 within 3 miles.
But the best place is at work. With over 300 local, armed folks, there's almost always something for sale or trade.

But I got you beat on Starbucks, National Park, water, airport and community college. I'd trade any one of those to move my gun shop a bit closer. What am I bid for a nice lake?

4 miles, 5 miles, 7 miles, 12 miles, 14 miles, again 14 miles, 20 miles. And a few more besides within 20 miles.

Several besides I've never bothered with though they are within
a 20 mile radius.

Now as to indoor ranges within easy driving distances, I'd say five. Outdoor within 30 to 40 miles three.

It's good to be in North Georgia.
