How much did you pay for your M&P Shield?

Got my conceal weapon - S&W MP Shield non-safety for $379 plus tax. Sweet weapon. Sights dead on and fun to shoot!

My other weapon is a Sig Sauer P226 MK 25. Love to shoot both.

San Diego area- $419.98-$429.98, plus tax, which varies in the San Diego County areas. The one that has lower price charges a max transfer (DROS) fee of $35.00, the other charges $25.00, so it's a 'wash'.

So, I paid $429.98 + tax + DROS (Dealer Record of Sale) -came to OTD= $489.39
I think that was a good price point and I'm pleased about it.

I believe we pay more because of our laws and manufacturer modifications to make firearms CA Compliant.

MSRP is $469.00:

Gosh, as a southpaw, wish the non-safety version were available here, but I don't believe it's on the Roster, so I got the one with the safety the other day. I'm still pleased.
