How to "Bulk Up"?

I just need to bulk up in one place. How do I make my belly go to my "frog butt"?
Honestly? Run sprints. Your belly will shrink. Your butt will grow (muscle). You'll increase fast twitch muscle fiber over your entire body -- the type that diminishes the most as we age, and is the most associated with strength, speed and size.
 
Adding bulk to your body depends on your body type. Some people just don't have the frame to add much bulk and it takes more work. Some are blessed with the type of frame that can add bulk without problem. Are you tall/skinny, short/husky, or proportioned evenly? The latter is the best for adding bulk easily. I tend to fall in that category and when I lifted heavy, ate properly and included cardiovascular training I added weight and lost inches in my waist. I found reading Muscle and Fitness magazine a great resource for proper training and diet. Granted some of the models in the magazine use other "enhancers" to get that ripped, but you can get good results without going to those extremes.
 
You're lucky, I need to "bulk down". I'm 5'9 and 230 lbs @ 23% body fat, getting taped was the only thing that saved me in height weight. I got flagged recently for going over on body fat, I will never be that magical under 176 lbs. Unless dead.
